SECTION 1-7.6-44 LOCAL PERMIT NOT EXCLUSIVE
It is the intent of this ordinance that permlts or epprovals
required hereunder shall be in addition to and not in lieu of any
fetleral, state, regional or other local epprovals which may be
required Por the same or similar activities. In the event this
, art~inance conflicts with any other regulatio~ on this sub~jecL
matter, the more restrfctive shall apply. Compliance witn
provisions of thfs ordinance does not excuse any person for non-
complfance with other appliceble pederal, state, regional or locel
laws.
SECTION 1-7.6-45 CONFLICTS -
Inthe event this ordinance contlicts with any other
rule or regulation on this sub,~ect matter, the more restrictive
