PART TWO: SEVERABILITY
It any section, part of a sentence, paragraph, phrase or
wor~ of this orainance is tor any reason held to be
unconstitutional~inoperative or void, for any person, property or
circumstance, such holoings shall not aftect the remaining
portions hereof and it shall be construed Lo have been the
legislative intent to p~ss this ordina~ce without such
unconstitutional, invalid or inoperative part.
PART THREE: APPLICABILITY
Tnis ordinance shall be applicable throughout the
unincorporated area of St. Lucie County.

The Clerk is directed to send a certiPiecl capy of this
ordinance to tne Bureau of Laws, Oepartment ot State, The Capitol,
Tallanassee, Florfda 32304.

The County Attorney shall send a certified copy oP tnis
ordinance to the Oepartment o4 Community Affairs, 2571 Executive

In orcier to comply with Section 373.023, Florida Statutes,
