This cause came before the Court on February 23, 1987
pursuant to Defendants' Motion to Shorten Time to Respond to
Discovery, to Amencl Answer to Assert Glaim for Attorney's Fees,
and Motion in Limine.
The Court. having heard argument of counsel, and being
otherwise fully advised in the premises, oraers and adjudges:
i 1. Defendants' Motion to Shorten Time to Responc~ to
Discovery is Withdrawn. However, plaintiFf shall respond to

defenaants' interrogatories propounded on February 3, 1987 by
no later than March ~0, 1987.
2, Defendants' Motion to Amend Answer to assert claim
for attorney's fees is granted.
3. Defenc3ants' t4otion in Limine is granted, without

prejudice to plaintiffs to later demonstrate that evidence of

defendants' marital status is relevant and admissible. ~
