21. Release. Upon payment of all sums secured by this Security Instrument, L.ender shail release this Security
Instrument without charge to Borrower. Bonower shail pey any recordation costs.
22. Attoroeys' Fces. As used in this Security Instrument and the Note~ "attorneys' fces" shall include any attorneys'
fees awarded by an appellate court.
23. Riders to this SecuHty Iaatrument. lf one or more riders are cxecutod by Barrower and recorded togeth~r with ~
