THIS CAUSE having come on before the Court on the Motion for Release
from incarceration of the above-named Respondent and the Court having considered
the papers filed herein and being fully and well advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion for Release from Incarceration be
and it is hereby granted; it is further
ORDERE~ AND ADJUDGED that the Sheriff's Department of St. Lucie County,
Florida, shall and it is hereby ordered to immediately release the above-named
Respondent from incarceration until further order of this Court.
' ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the terms of the lncome Deduction Order of the
Respondent are hereby ratified by this Court and the Respondent will be subject to
! being arrested again if he fails to abide by said lncome Deduction Order (if
~ applicable).
