to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 9, page 46
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
C. L. SMITH who upon being duly sworn deposes and says:
1. That he is the record titleholder to the above
referenced property by deed recorded in OR Book 318, page 789 -
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That he is no~ one and the same person as CHARLIE
SMITH or CHARLES SMITH named in those certain Notices of Liens
recorded in OR Book 177, page 2186, OR Book 178, page 1625, OR
Book 180, page 32 and OR Book 192, page 907, held by the Board
of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, all of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. That he has never resided at Rt. 1, Box 462, or 2704
Avenue Q of Fort Pierce, Florida, as named in the liens referred
to in Item 2 above.
4. That his Social security number is ~ 285-03-9761.
5. That he is not one and the same person as CHARLES SMITH
or CHARLIE SMITH JR. named in those certain Federal Tax Liens
recorded in OR Book 376, page 477, OR Book 388, page 1688, OR
Book 369, page 712, OR Book 374, page 1483, OR Book 388, page
1717 and OR Book 514, page 1605, held by the Department of Trea-
sury, Internal Revenue Service, all of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
6. That he has never resided at 8~1 North 14th Street or
3105 Tropical Blvd in Fort Pierce, Florida, as named in the Iiens
referred to in Item 5 above.
7. That is is not one and the same person as the CHARLES
SMITH named in that certain Final Judgment held by Tubelite Co.,
rendered in Case no. 76-881-SP, Civil Division of County Court,
St. Lucie County, Florida, recorded in OR Book 256, page 2637,
; of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

8. That he has not been involved in any way, in the Case

9. That is does not own or have an interest in a business
