Lender in Possession. Any rents collected by Lender or the receiver shall be applied firtit tu paymrnt of the costs of management of the Properry and collection of rents, including, but not limited tu, receiver's fers, premiums on receiver's bonds and reasonable attorneys' fees, and then to the sums secured by this Security (nstrument. 21. Release. Upon payment of all sums secured by this Security Instrument, Lender shall release ihis Security~ Insirumcnt w~ithout charge to Borrower. Borrowe~ shall pay any recordation costs. 22. Attorneys' Fees. As used in this Security Instrument and the Note, "attorneys' fees" shall include any attorneys' Pees awarded by an appellate court. 23.
