ORDER DIRECTING RELEASE OF CASH BOND cn

THIS CAUSE came before the Court this date after issuance
of the Mandate from the District Court of Appeal, Fourth District of
Florida, in Case No. 4-86-0649, ordering such further proceedings
as consistent with the Per Curiam decision of that Court filed
February 18, 1987, aff irming the judgment appealed. On the basis
thereof, and with the Court being advised that a cash appeal bond
was filed with this Court on April 9, 1986, in the amount of $13,226.35,
by Defendant, SUNDAY PUBLICATIONS, ~NC., it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of Court be,and the
; same is hereby directed to release said bond to Plaintiff, VASHAR,

° INC., in the following amounts, to-wit: on the Final Judgment
E -
~ entered February 24, 1986, the sum of $11,995.38, together with

~ $3.50 per diem interest for each day after March 10, 1987; and on
~
~ the Order Taxing Costs entered March 24, 1986, the sum of $684.60,
t plus per diem interest of $.20 for each day past March 10, 1987.

~ After deducting these amounts, the balance of said bond shall be re-
turned to SUNDAY PUBLICATIONS, INC., through their attorney of record.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
on this ~day of March, 1987.
