ORDER ON MOTIONS HEARD
FEI3RUARY 6 L 1987
THIS CAUSE havfng come on to be heard on the following
motions, and the Court having heard argument of counsel and
being otherwise advised in the premises, it is hereupon ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows;
1. Defendants' Motion for Protective Order dated Decem-
ber 17, 1986, Notice o€ Hearing dated January 16, 1987, is
denied; however, where answers are provided in depositions,
defendants may refer to depositions in their answers. Answers
must be provided within 9~-days from the date of this
Order.
2. Plaintiff's Motion to Compel dated December 5, 1986,
Notice of Hearing dated January 16, 1987, is denied; defendants'
Motion to Compel dated January 27, 1987, Notice of Hearing
dated January 27, 1987, is denied; however, both plaintiff and
.3efendants will submit to the Court only those questions and
answers at depositions of the train crew, EMT's and paramedics
where the witness was unable to recall the answer and where the
substantial equivalent could not be obtained through other
means. Both plaintiff and defendants will also subject to the
Court for in camera inspection the statements of the EMT's,
paramedics and train crew and the accident repcrt. The Court
