~IIS CAUSE came on before the Court on Motion by Plaintiffs,
ROB~IItT M. RODIIV and ELIZABETH M. RODII~I, his wife, to renew subpoenas
previously issued in this cause. It is hereby:

i 3. All witnesses, upon serivice of a copy of this Order by
certified mail-return receipt requested shall be subject to 'Ehe subpoena
previously issued and served in this cause and shall be required to appear
to testify at the Trial in this cause at the St~ Lucie County Courthouse
unless otherwise excused by counsel who subpoenaed the-witness.
