ORDER ON SUBSTITUTION OF COUNSEL
This matter having come before the Court on ~he Joint
Motion for Substitutian of Counsel, and the Court having reviewed
the file and being fully advised of the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED and ADJUDGED, that the law firm of Maguire,
Vaorhis & Wells, P.A., is hereby allowed to withdraw as counsel
for the PZaintiffs.
It is further ORDERED and ADJUDGED, that Richard M.
Carnell, Jr., of the law firm of Neill, Griffin, Jeffries & Lloyd
is hereby substituted as counsel of record for the Plaintiffs and
tha t~11 future pleadings and correspondence with regard to the
above matter shall be forwarded to counsel of record for the Plaintiff,
Richard M. Carnell, Jr., Esquire, Neill, Griffin, Jeffries & Lloyd,
P.O. Box 1270, Fort Pierce, Florida, 33454.
