~ THIS CAUSE came before the Court on INTERCONTINENTAL BANK'S
riotion for Order Re-Setting Foreclosure Sale, and the Court
having noted that an Amended Order Granting Plaintiff, INTER-
CONTINENTAL BANK'S Motion for Summary Final Judgment and Order
Setting Foreclosure Sale was previously entered by the Court on
March 18, 1986, and the Court further noting that a foreclosure
sale was previously scheduled in this cause, to be held on ~

April 15, 1986, and that said foreclosure sale was cancelled due
to the fil.ing by EURO-FLORIDA LANDS, INC., of an action under
the Bankruptcy Code, and the Court having noted that said
bankruptcy action had been dismissed, and the Court beinq
otherwise duly advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Clerk of the Court, after publication
of notice as required hy Section 45 of the Florida Statutes,
as amended, is directed to sell the mortgaged property to
the highest and best bidder, for cash, at public sale at the
East door of the St. Lucie County Courthouse, 221 South Indian

- River Drive, Ft. Pierce, Florida, which sale will be held at

11:00 o'clock a.m. on ~i~ ~ , the /S" day

2. That the mortgaged property is more particularly
