personally appeared HILDA 6. LAHUE, who being duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. That Affiant and MILO 0. LAHUE, obtained title to the following described =
property on October 6, 1969:
Lot 7, Block 73, River Park Unit 9, Part "A", according to the Plat
thereof recorded in P]at Book 14, Page 31, Public Records of St. lucie
County, Florida.
2. That HILDA B. LAHUE ~nd MILO 0. LAHUE were married to each other prior to
the date of acquisition of the aforesaid property and that they remained
continuously married without interruption from that date up to and including
