KENNETH GEORGE SAMUDA, was a Florida Resident at the time of his death,
on May 1, 1984 although he died while on a business trip in Kingston,
Jamaica.

SAMUDA, were married on November 1, 1974, and remained married continuously
and without interruption to the date of the death of KENNETH G. SAMUDA, who
died on May 1, 1984.
3. That your Affiant and her now deceased husband, KENNETH G.
SAMUDA, were the owners of the property known as:

to the Oeclaration thereof, recorded in Official Records Book
