WITNESSETH: That Mary E: Thomas died testate a resident
of St. Lucie Cownty, Florida on Ma.y 2, 1986, seized and possessed
of the real property hereinafter described;
NOW, THEREFORE, pursuanC to powers granted personal
represenCatives by Florida St~tutes 733.612, party of the first
part, for the sum of FORTY-SIX THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS
($46,500.00) purchase money paid at and before the sealing and
delivery of this deed, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
has sold and conveyed, and does hereby sell and convey unto the
said ROBERT A. COOPER, his heirs and assigns all that tract or
parcel of land situate in the County of St. Lucie and State of
Florida and described as follows:
Lot 16, Block 26, of RIVER PARK UNIT 3,
according to the plat thereof as recorded
in Plat Book 10, page 80 of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
