TEMPORARY IN~UNCTION FOR PROTECTION PURSUANT TO
FLORIDA STATUTE 741.30 AND NOTICE OF HEARING
THIS CAUSE having come on for consideration upon ~he verified
Petition for Injunction for Protection filed by the petitioner,
DONNA A. DONGHIA, and the Court finding that an im mediate and
present danger of domestic violence exists and physical abuse and
violence will result unless a temporary injunction for protection
is issued, and finding that the giving of notice of this ex parte
hearin~ tc the respondent would endanger the life of the
petitioner, it is therefore
" ORDERED AND 1DJUDGED as follows:
1. The parties are hereby mutually restrained from acts of
- domestic violence and enjoined from harrassing, molesting,
assaulting, battering or otherwise physically abusing each other.

F 2. The parties are hereby mutually restrained from disposing

r of or concealing any marital assets.
~ 3. This Tempoiary Injunction for Protection shall expire
~ automatically after thirty (30) days from the date of issuance

~ unless extended by further Order of this Court, for c~od cause
shown by any party.
~ 4. That Notice of this ex parte hearing was not given to the

respondent as to do so wo~,~ld imminently endanger the life and
well being of the petitioner. ~
5. The Sheriff of St. Lucie County, his deputies, the police

F and any peace officer of the State o£ Florida shall enforce this
~
~ injuncti~n and are authorized and directed to use whatever force
~

~ ~nd whatever means deemed necessary under the circnmstances to

~ enforce the provisions of the injunction.
