6. This Injunctian for Protection shall not be intarpreted
so as to prohibit the officer from making any determinations as
to probable cause for arrest for violations of any of the Florida
~
Criminal Statutes= including warrantless arrest,.battery on a ~
~
spouse (F. S. Section 901.15(6)).
7. A full hearing on this injunction and other relief is
hereby scheduled for April 15, 1987 at 8:30 a.m. before Circuit
Judge Scott M. Kenney, and the respondent is notified to be
present at said hearing.
