ORDER
THIS CAUSE having con~e before the Court on the Stipulation
of the parties, and the Court having reviewec3 same and been
otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGSD, as follows:
1. The parties shall have shared parental responsibili~Y and
. the primary care, custody and control of the minor child of
the parties shall be with the mother until September 1, 1989.
2. The father shall have reasonable rights of visitation as
the parties can rt~atually agree upon with a minimum schedule as
follows:
a. Immediately a two (2) week period commencing March
28, 1987 and ending on April 12, 1987 for the year 1987 only;
b. Thereafter, one (1) week at spring break and one

. (1) week at Chris~mas break;
c. One (1) month each summer; z

d. Up~n reasonable notice given to the mott~er, for y

reasonable lengths of time, when the father travels into the same €

city as where the mother resides with the minor child; `
