said sum to the mother in the event he fails to return the minor ~

child on or before April t2, 1987. The forfeiture ahall be in
addition to any remedy provided by Florida Statutes for
interference with custody, specificaliy to inciude crim3nal
prosecution.
3. The father, in any event, shall return the minor child
to 2632 S.E. Gowin Road, Port St. Lucie, Florida on or before
April 12, 1987,
4. The father shall pay directly to the mother at 2632 S.E.
Gowin Road, Port St. Lucie, as child support, the fo~lowing:
a. Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) shall be _eceived by
the mother on the fifteenth day of Aprii. May and June, 1987.
b. Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) shall be receiv~d
by the mother on the fi£teenth day of Pach month thereafter,
commencing July, 1987.
5. The mother specifically waives payment of child support
through the Clerk of Court.
b. Child support st~all continue until ~:he age eighteen (18)
or until sucr time as the minor child is otherwise emancipated.
7. This agreement shall not be modifi~d for a minimum of ~
two (2) years, ending September 1, 1989. !

Jurisdiction of this canse is reserved for the entry of
further orders as may be deemed necessary.
