TEMPORARY ORDER
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard on the Wife's Motion for
Temporary Relief, and after hearing on same, the court being
fully advised in the premises, it is :~ereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the primary physical reside~ce of
the minor child, TRISTAN McBRATNEY, born April 29, 1983, shall be
with the Wife, CINDY McBRATNEY, during the course of litigation
; subject to reasonble visi~ation to the Husband which shall
! consist of every other weekend and one evening during each week
; upon reasonable notice. It is

FURTHER ORDERED bND ADJUDGED that beginning March 27, 1987,
the Husband, MICAHEL McBRATNEY, shall make child support payments
to the Wife, CINDY McBRATNEY, in the amount of $60.00 each and
every week for the support of the minor child, TRISTAN McBRATNEY.
The Husband, MICHAEL McBRATNEY, shall pay the temporary -
support payments to the Clerk of the Circuit Court Office,
~ St. Lucie County Courthouse, P.O. Box'700, Ft. Pierce, FL 33450,
Attn: Support Department, in cash or cdshiers check together
with a One Dollar ($1.00) service charge for each payment. The
Husband shall promptly notify the CZerk of the Court of a1.1
changes in his mailing and residPnce ~~~ress, and all changes in
i~he n~me and address of his employer, it is
