FURTHER ORDERED AND AD~UDGED that a mutual restraining order
is hereby entered and each party is hereby restreined from

annoying, bothering or harrassing the other during the pendency

of this litigation, it is ;
FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that each party will pay one
half of the $108.00 necessary to have the minor child tested for
allergies. The Wife will turn ~~•er any receipts for such medical
~~ayments to th~ Husband wl~o shall apply fox medi.cal insurance for
same and any refunds from the medical insurance shall be split
equally between the part~.es. The Husband is further ordered to
maintain his medical irssurance on the minor child during the
pendency of this lit~;ation. .
