ORDER ON TEMPORARY RELIEF
THIS MATTER having come on before the Court upon the petition
of the Wife, BONNIE S. WATSON, for temporary relief, both parties
being present in Court and represented by counsel, and the Court
being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
The Wife is hereby aaarded temporary primary custody of
the minor children of the parties, subje~t to reasonable

~ visitation by the Husband.

a 2. Both parties are hereby restrained and enjoined from

~ removing the minor chiZdren of the parties from the State of

~ Florida pending further order of this Court.
~ 3. Both parties are hereby restrained and en~oinec~ from

k molesting, harrassing or interferiny with each other.

= 4. The Wife is hereby awarded sole temporary possession of
~ the marital home, and the Husband is directed to pay the monthly
- mortgage payments due thereon in the amount of $837.00.

5. The Wife is hereby awarded sole temporary possession of

j; the 1984 BM W, and the Husband is directed ~o pay the monthly

k; payments due thereon in the amount of $467.00.

~ 6. The Husband is hereby directed to maint~in in full force

and effect the medical insurance policy for the benefit of Wife ~
~
and the minor children, and to pay any amounts incurred for I
~ medical expenses for the Wife and minor children not covered by ~
~ said insurance. ~
I 7. The Husbar.d is hereby directed t~ pay the sum of $75.00

~ per week per child as temporary child sup~ort commencing on the
