REV~JCATION OF THE RANSOM R. TILTON REVOCABLE TRUST
. WHEREAS, on the 18th day of December, 1984, I, RANSOM
R. TILTON, executed THE RANSOM R. TILTON REVOCABLE TRUST,

wherein I, the Donor, Maker and Declarant of the trust, and
wherein I named myself as Truste~ of the Trust, the same
- having been recorded January 16, 1985, in Official Record
i Book 624, page 2193, Martin County, Florida, public records,
and also recorded January 21, 1985, in Official Record Book
~ 453, page 2956; St. Lucie County, Flor~da, public records;
~ and

WHEREAS, Article XII, ef the said Trust contained the

WHEREAS, all property held by me as Trustee of *he

~ WH~REAS, i now desire to revoke and terminate the said
trust; ~
THEREFORE, I, RANSOM R. TILTON, do hereby revoke the
~ said RFiNSOM R. TYLTON REVOCABLE TRUST dated December 18,
1984, in its entirety, and I hereby declare that any property
~
held b~ me as "mrustee" or otherwise, is not being held as
part of or under the terms of the RANSOM R. TILTON REVOCABLE
~
~ TRUST dated December 18, 1984, as d~scribed above.
