RESOLUTION NO. 01-296
EAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget
Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become
)le from the United States Department of Transportation in the form of a $250,000 grant to rehabilitate
14-32 (phase 1 - design only).
EAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a
