~ ORDER APPOINTING RECEIVER
THIS CAUSE having come before this Court on April 8,
1987 upon the Plaintiffs' Motion for Appointment of
Receiver and the Defendants' Motion to Strike Affirmative
Defenses and the Plaintiff, DONALD E. JACOBSON and the
Defendant, FRANCISCO~ SILVA each having been present and
the Plaintiff having been represented by counsel and this
court having heard the testimony of the insurance agent
for the Plaintiff and having received the affidavit of the
i Plaintiff, DONALD E. JACOBSON, and.this court having heard
f
arguments of the Defendant.and counsel for the Plaintiffs
finds and determines that the property which is subject to
this foreclosure action is not presently insured and is
therefore in jeopardy, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
~ 1. Motion to Strike continued: The Defendants'
Motion to Strike Affirmative Defenses is hereby continued
to be reset at a later date due to the fact that the
attorney for the Defendants, FRANCISCO SILVA and MARIA
SILYA, has withdrawn and the Defendants have not had
adequate time to obtain new counsel.
' 2. Defendants to Provide Insura~ce Coverage: That
this court grants the Defendants, FRANCISCO SILVA and
MARIA SIGVA, his wife, five days from the date of this
