HEARING was held on April 6, 1987, on the Defendant, RANGER
_ INSURANCE COMPANY'S, Motian to Dismiss, the Court having heard
argument of counsel and being otherwise sufficiently advised in the
premises, it is hereby -
ORDERED AND AD.7UDGED that the Defendant's Motion to Dismiss ~is
hereby granted, and the Plaintiff, SEASCAPE, II, INC., shall have
fifteen t15) days in which to amends its Complaint filed herein,
~thereafter the Defendant, RANGER INSURANCE CO., shall have twenty
(20) days in which to file a responsive pleading.
