THIS CAUSE has come before the Court upon agreement of the
parties for entry of an OrBer compelling release of achool records
oE INEZ MONDS (also known as INEZ SANDS). The Court has reviewed
pleadings in this file and has otherwise become fully advised in
the premises. Accordingly, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that each and every person, facility~
association, school, university, college, board of education,
vocational/technical center, or other educational institution is
ordered to release for examination, inspection and copying or in
the alternative, to provide to the laa firm of Moss, Henderson and
Lloyd, P.A., Yero Beach, Florida complete and accurate copies of
aIl materials which are considered to be a part of the school
. records of INEZ MONDS (also known as INEZ SANDS) and which are
maintiained by each of the aforesaid, with recards being those
which include, but not necessarily limited to,: identifying data;
academic work completed; level of achievement records, including
grades and standardized achievemen~ test scores; attendanc~ data;
scores on standardized intelligence, aptitude, and psychological
tests; interes~ inventory results; health data; family background
information; teacher or counsellor ratings and obaervations;
verified reports of serious or recurrent behavior patterns; and
any other evidence, knowledge or information r~corded in any ~
,
medium, including but not limited to hands~riting, typewriting~
