ORDER
THIS CAUSE came before this Court on the Defendants' Motion
to Strike Plaintiff's Second Amended Complaint and/or Jury Trial
dated March 18, 1987 and the Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to
Amend dated March 23, 1987 on Agril 6, 1987 and the Court having
heard the argwnent of counsel and being otherwise fully advised
in the premises, it is thereupon ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to Amend is hereby granted.
~ 2. Defendants' Motion to Strike is denied.
3. Defendant's previous answers and affirmative defenses_
shall stand as responsive pleadings to the Plaintiff's Second
Amended Complaint and Defendants shall have leave to file any
supplemental answers or affirmative defenses at Defendant's dis-
'~cretion within Ten (10) days of the date of this Order.
