THIS CAUSE, coming on to be hearH upon the Motion To Dismiss
~iled by Defendants CONRAD R. WAGNER, AMBASSADOR WORLD
ENTERPRISES, INC. and BRENNAN TNVESTMENTS, TNC., and the parties
hereto having agreed that said Motion To Dismiss Amended
Complaint be denied and that these parties should be required.to
serve their Answer and Affirmative Defenses to the Amended
Complaint no later than April 23, 1987, and this Court being
otherwise fully informed and advised in the premises herein, it
is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Motion To Dismiss Amended Complaint filed by CONRAD
' R. WAGNER, AMBASSADOR WORLD ENTERPRISES, INC. and BRENNAN ~

2. Defendants CONRAD R. WAGNER, AMBASSADOR WORLD

their Answer to the Plaintiff's Amended Complaint no later than
April 23, 1987.
