ORDER VACATING JUDGMENT ON COURT'S OWN MOTION
THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard upon the Court's
own Motion to Vaca~e the Summary Ffnal Judgment In Foreclosure,
the Court finding that the said Summary Judgment was entered by
mistake as plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment was denied
at a hearing held on the Motion on March Z6, 1987. It is
~ therefore,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Summary Final Judgment In Foreclosure is
hereby vacated, set aside and of no force or effect, and the
Clerk of the Circuft Court is hereby or8ered to cancel the
foreclosure sa2e described in said judqment.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
