THZS CAUSE coming on to be heard ex parte upon application
of def endant/cross-plaintiff, FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE
CORPORATION and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the
premises, it is thereupon .
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that Mike Cleveland Private
Investiqator or a representative thereof be and are hereby
constituted and appointed as Process Servers in the above cause
- for the purpose of. servinq the Cros~-Claim Summons, Crossclaim of
~ Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and Lis Pendens. It is ~
