sufficient, by payinq: F3rst, all of Plaintiff's coeta; second,
documentary stamps aftixed ta the Certificate; third, Plaintiff's
attorney's fees; faurth, the total sum due to Plaintiff less the
items paid plus interest at the rate prescribed by law from this
date to the date of the sale; and by retaining any amount
remaining pendinQ the further Order of the Court.
8. On filing the Certificate of Title, the Defendants and
all persons claiming under or against #hem since the filfng of
; the Notice of Lis Pendene are foreclosed of all estate or claim
in the property and the purchaser at the sale shall be let into
poasession of the property. "
9. Jurisdiction of this actian is retained to enter fur#her
Orders as are proper including, without limitation, Writs of
~ Ass3stance and Deficiency Judgments. The Clerk, upon the request

of the purchaser at foreclosure sale, shall iseue a Writ of
Posseseion of the property to ~ccomplish poseession by purchaser
without further order of Court. ~
