THIS CAUSE came on before the Court on April 10, 1987 on
Plaintiff's motion to compel discovery directed to Defendant,
FLORIDA EAST COAST RAILWAY COMPANY, and the Court having heard
argument of counsel for the parties and being fully advised in
the premises, it is hereby

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff's motion is granted °

and Defendant, FLORIDA EAST C~AST RAILk~AY COMPANY, shall make its ~

expert, GARY WOLF, available for deposi~ion in We~t Palm Beach, _

Florida at a time convenient to Plaintiff's counsel and at the

expense of said defendant; and it is _
FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Court assesses
attorneys' fees and costs for this hearing in the amount of _ °
$ ~ and.further shall assess attorney fees and costs upon
the retaking of the deposition of Mr. Wolf upon motion of the Plaintiff.
