7NIS CAUSE having come on far finai 3udgment this day on Plaintiff's Ex
Parte Motion for Final Judgment of Fareclosure Upon Default, upon Plaintiff's
Complaint to Foreclose Mortgage, and the evidence offered in support thereof,
and the Court being fully advised iR the premfses, it is
OROERED, ADJUDGEb AND DECREED as follows:
1. That due and legal service has been Nad upon all Defendants in this
cause; that Oefendants have failed to file or serve thefr answe~s and/or other
pleadings Nlthin the tfine required by law; that the defaults heretofore
entered in this cause are hereby ratified and confirmed; that this Court has
~urisdiction of the parties in thls cause and the sub~ect matter thereof; that
the allegations contained tn the Complaint have been proven by canpetent evi-
dence and that the equities in this cause are wfth the Plaintiff.
2. That the Mortgage sued upon fn this cause constitutes a valid first
lfen upon the property hereafter described, and said Mortgage is in default as

alleged in the Complaint.
3. That there is due to said Piaintiff upon the Mortgage and Mote sued
