attorneys' fees for the payment of the Plaintiff's attorneys for services

the amount set fo rth in Paragraph 3 above, and all additional costs of the
suit to be taxed by the Clerk herein, plus all costs of this proceeding, which

6. Plafntiff has a lien to secure the payment of the afioresaid swns
against the following described property in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
Unit F-105, in MIDPORT PIACE II, a Condominium, accordfnq
to the Declaratlon of Condominium filed April 15, 1985, in
Official Records Book 461, Page 1184 of the Pub]ic Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, together with all appur-
tenances thereto, including an undivided interest in the
common elements as set forth in the Declaration.
, 1he aforesaid 11en of Plaintiff is prior, paramount and superior to a11
rights, claims, liens, interests, ~ncumbrances and equities of Defendants and
all persons, firms or corporations claiming by, through or under said Defen-
dants, or any of them, and that said property will be sold free and clear of
all claims of said Defendants.
7. The original Note, Mortgage and Assignment of Mortgage securing said

Note are hereby attached as Exhibits "A", "B" and "C" to the Affidavit in '
support filed herewith and is made a part of this proceeding.
