ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard upon the Motion To
Strike filed by the Plaintiff herein and the Court having
otherwise been advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Counterclaim is striken for
failure to state a cause of action as to the Defendants, MARGARET
BOCCIO and CAPRICE DEVELOPERS, INC., it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGFD that the Affirmative Defenses are
improperly plead and are stricken as to the Defendants, MARGARET
BOCCIO and CAPRICE DEVELOPERS. INC. for failing to have its
pleadings filed by an attorney who is authorized to practice law
in the State of Florida, it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Answer to Complaint,
Paragraphs 1 and 2, as to the Defendant, MARGARET BOCCIO, is not ,
stricken, it is further ~

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendants, MARGARET BOCCIO ~
and CAPRICE DEVELOPERS, INC. shall have fifteen (15) days from
the date of this order within which to file their Amended
pleadings.
