RESOLUTION NO. 01-261
lEAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners budget for St. Lucie
', certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become available in the form of debt
tent reimbursement from the Clerk of Court and the State Attorney.
tEAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a resolution
opriate and expend such funds.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in
assembled this 1 lth day of December, 200 I, pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, such funds are
tppropriated for the fiscal year 2001~2002, and the County's budget is hereby amended as follows:
