The petitioners, R08ERT B. STARR and CHESTER B.
GRIFFIN, allege: ~
1. Petitioners have an interest in the above.estate as
the nominated personal representatives of the decedent.
Petitioners' names and addresses are: RCBERT B. STARR, 455
Woodcrest Road, Key Biscayne, FL 33149, and CHESTER B,
GRIFFIN, 151 Hartman Road, P. O. Box 1270, Fort Pierce, FL
33454, and the name and address of petitioners' attorneys are
set forth at the end of this petition.
2. Decedent, RICNARD W. STARR, JR., whose last known
address was South A-1-A, Vero Beach, Florida, and whose age was
59 years, and whose social security number is 105-20-1413, died_
on January 14, 1985, at Miami, Dade County, Florida and at the
time of death decedent was domiciled in Indian River County,
Florida.
3. So far as is known the names of the beneficiaries
of this estate and of the decedent's ~urviving spouse, their
addresses and relationships to decedent, are:
