4. Venue of this proceeding is in this county be-
cause decedent died a resident of Indian River County,
Florida. ~
. 5. ROBERT B. STARR and CHESTER B. GRIFFIN, whose ad-
dresses are set,forth above are qualified under the laws of the
State of Florida to serve as personal representatives of the
decedent's estate, are entitled to preference in appointment as
personal representatives because they are the nominated personal
representatives under CLAUSE VI of dece8ent's Last Will. ;

in this estate are: Real and persona2 property having a value

7. The estate will be required to f ile a federal es-
tate tax return.
8. The original of the decedent's Zast will dated
November 5, 1984, accompanies this Petition.
Peti~ioners acknowledge that they are qualified to
act as personal representative under the laws of the State of
Florida; that they will faithfully administer the estate of said
decedent according to law, and that they hereby designate BRUCE
R. ABERNETHY, JR., a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida,
whose residence address is 1307 -D Peppertree Trail, Fort
Pierce, Florida, as their agent or attorney for service of
process in any suit or action against them in their representa-

tive capacity, or personelly if such peraonal action accrued in
the administration of this estate. .
Petitioners request that the decedent's will ~
be admitted to probate and that they be appointed persona2
representatives of the Florida estate of the decedent.
