I, RICHARD W. STARR, JR. of Indian River County~ ~
Florida, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my
Last Will and Testament, and hereby revokQ any and all other
Wills and Codici2s heretofore made by me. ~
CLAUSE I: I direct my personal representative to
pay, out of my residuary estate, all of my just debts,
including the expenses of my last illness and funeral
expensQS.
CLAUSE II: I direct that all debts in excess of~
Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) which may by owed to me at
the time o£ my death by either LAURA 8. HANCOCK or by her real
estate corporation, or both, be expressly forgiven and ~ayment
not be required. The first Fifty Thousand Dollars
($50,000.00) of said indebtedness I give and devise to my
mother, LOUISE T. STARR, since that portion of the funds
originally came from my mother. If my mother does not survive
me, then said first Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) shall
become a part of my residuary eatate. Said Fifty Thousand
Dollars ($50,000.00) sha11 be due from Laura B. Hancock upon
the sale or transfer of her real estate off ice on South U. S.
One in Fort Pierce, Florida. -
CLAUSE IIIi I give and devise all of my clothing,
tools, personal effects, furniture, furnishings, automobiles
and tan ible ersonal ~
g p property, together with all cash accounts
i may own and rea2 estate I may own at the time of my death,
outright to my brother, ROBERT B. STARR, provided he survives
me.
CLAUSE IV: I give and devise all of the rest,
residue and remainder of my estate, real and personal, to my
