CLAUSE V: My personal representative is directed to
pay out of my residuary estate all inheritance, legacy or
estate taxes on my estate, whether or not the property,
transfer or proceeds with respect to which said taxes are
levied is a part of my estate afi my death, and my personal
representative shall not require any transferee or other
person to reimburse my estate for said taxes so paid, nor
deduct the same from the share of any beneficiary hereunder.
CLAUSE VI: I name and appoint my brother, ROBERT B.
STARR, and CHESTER B. GRIFFIN, Fort Pierce, Florida, as
personal representatives of this Will, both to serve without
band. In the event CHESTER B. GRIFFIN shall die, resign, or
be unable for any reason to act or to continue acting as such,
then I name and appoint ROBERT M. LLOYD, Fort Pierce, Florida,
as such personal representative, ta serve without bond.
My personal representatives shall have all of the
' rights, powers, duties and responsibilities, including the

; power of sale, granted to personal represent,atives and to

Trustees under Chapters 733.612, 737.402 and 738, Florida
Statutes. -
