THIS INDENTURE, executed this ~ dz~y of April,
1987, between ROBERT B. STARR and CHESTER B. GRIFFIN, as per-
sonal representatives of the Estate of Richard W. Starr, Jr., -
deceased, Grantor, and THOMAS H. NORTON and JEAN I. NORTON, his
wife, Grantee, whose address is: 5715 Cassza Drive, Ft. Pierce,
Florida 33482
W I T N E S S E T H:
The Grantor, in consideration of the premises and the
sum oF $10.00, and other good and valuable considerations, in
hand paid, grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases,
conveys and confirms unto the Grantee, and to their heirs and
assigns forever, that certain real property situate in St.
Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Lot 30, Block 78, INDIAN RIVER ESTATES UNIT
NINE, according to the plat thereof recorded

St. Lucie County, Florida. '
TOGETHER with alI and singular the tenements, heredi-
taments and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining
to that real property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the Grantee, and to
their heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
AND the Grantor does covenant to and with the Gran-
tee, their heirs and assigns, that in all things preliminary to
and in and about this conveyance the laws of the State of
Florida have been followed and complied with in all respects.
