NOTICE REGARDING ALLOCATION
INTANGIBLE TAXES & DOCUMENTARY STAMP TAXES
Document~ry stamp taxea affixed to this Mortgage are based
on the total amount of Note Number 5 and Note Number 6. Except
far ~Vote Number 4 which was executed and is located outside
of Florida and fs secured by Miesouri personalty, documentary
seamp taxes have previously been paid on Che other Notes.
The 2 mill nonrecurring intangible peraonal property tax
has been paid based on the amount of Note Number 5 which is
secured by realty in St. Lucie County, FZoride. Note Number
6 is secured by personalty in St. Lucie County, Florida and
thus Che 2 mill nonrecurring intangible personal property tax
was not paid. The 2 mi11 intangible tax has been paid on Note
Number 2 which is eecured by Polk County~ Florida realty and
said Mortgage was previouly recorded in O.R. Book 2449, Page
842, Public Recorda of Polk County, Florida.
