THIS CAUSE having come on this day fosLhearin~on
Plaiptiff's Motian for Summary Final Judgment~of Foreclosure on
Plaintiff~s Foreclosure Complaint, and the evidence offered in
support of~such Complaint, and the Court being otherwise fully
advised in the premises, it is, upon consideration
ORDSRED AND ADJUDGED:
1. -That due and 1ega1 service of process has been had
upon the Defendants; that this Court has 3urisdiction of the
sub~ect matter of this cause and the parties hereto; that the
allegations contained in the Complaint have beer. proved by
compefent evidence and that the equitfes in this cause are with
the Plaintiff.
2. That the Mortgage Deed and Mortgage Note eued upon
by the Plaintiff in this cause constitute a valid first lien upon -
'i the property herea£ter described and said Mortgage Deed and
~ Mortgage Note have not been satiafied as alleged in the Complaint
~ 3. That the reasonable fee for services rendered by the

attorney for the Plaintiff in this cause is in the amount of
