The above-itemized sums are now due and owing to the
Plaintiff and in addition such further sums as may be paid by the
• Plainttff for Court costs, plus interest at twelve (12X) percent
per annum from the date of the Summary Final Judgment until paid,
and any further sums in connection with this suit.
5. The Plaintiff has a Iien to secure the payment of
the above-itemiz~d sums against the following-described property
in St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lots 19, 20 and 21, Block 2, M. E. GOLDSMITH'S
SUBD~VISION, according to the Plat thereof,
recorded in Plat Baok 2, Page b, of the Public
Records of 3t. Lucie County, Florida.
The lien of the Plaintiff is prior, paramount and
superior to all rights, claims, liens, interests, encumbrances
and equities of the Defendants and a11 persons, firms or corpora-
tions claiming by, through~or under the Defendants or any of them -
and the property will be sold free and clear of any claims of the
- Defendants.
6. That the Clerk of suit Court, after publication of
notice as required by the Florida Statutes, is directed to sell

the martgaged premise8-as described in Paragraph 5 above to the

highest and best bidder for cash, at public sale at the Eaet
~ door of the St. Lucie County Courthouse, Fort Pierce, Florida,
