AND FOR ENTRY OF ORDER DISMISSING CERTAIN SPECIFIC PARTIES
FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN INSURANCE CORPORATION, as Receiver
for SUNRISE SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, a Federal Savings and
Loan Association, the lawful successor in interest of SUNRISE
SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FLORIDA, a Florida Savings and
Loan Association ("FSLIC") and RICHARD G. STEBBINS and JACK H.
SCOTT d/b/a STEBBINS & SCOTT, by and through their undersigned
counsel, hereby stipulate and agree that the Defendants, RICHARD

G. STEBBINS and JACK H. SCOTi d/b/a STEBBINS & SCOTT, have no
right, title or interest~in any of the property which is the sub-
ject of this foreclosure action, and that any right, title or
interest which these parties may have had was at all times ~
~ inferior to and subordinate to the interest being foreclosed upon
by Plaintiff herein. Accordingly, these parties hereby agree and
stiQulate to the entry of the below-described Order.
