~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the deposition of Dr. John B. Sullivan scheduled
for Friday, ~une 5, 1987, at 4:00 p.m. at 2215 Nebraska Avenue,
~ Suite 1-B, Ft. Pierce, Florida, be recorded by video tape.
2. That the deposition be recorded by a person qualified
to record by tape who sha11 not be an attorney or counsel of any
of the parties, nor a relative or employee of any attorney or
~ counsel connected with the action, nor financially interested in
the action.
3. That said tape be preserved by said person in his cus-
tody until filing of same herein, which filing shall be affected
by filing the tape, and.any transcripts of same, with the Clerk
of this Court. ~
