FLORIDA, received the above-described property and other property
on the 23rd day of February; 1987, and will appear before the
Honorable SCOTT M. KENNEY , Judge of the Circuit Court,
Nineteenth Judicial Circuit, on the 6th day of

filing a Rule to Show Cause why the above-described property
should not be forfeited to the use of , or to be sold by, ROB~RT
C. KNOWLES, SHERIFF OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA, upon producing
due proof that same was used in violation of Florida Iaws dealing .
with contraband, all pursuant to §932.701-704, Florida Statutes
(1985). If no claimants appear, a request will be made for an
immediate hearing and Final Order of Forfeiture.
