ROBERT C. KNOWLES, SHERIFF OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY,
FLORIDA, received the above-de~scribed property and other property
on the 20th day of February, 1987, and wi11 appear before the
Honorable SCOTT M. KENNEY , Judge of the Circuit Court,
Nineteenth Judicial Circuit, on the 6th day of
, 19~Z, at 8:30 A. M., for the purpose of
filing-a Rule to Show Cause why the above-described property
should not be forfeited to the use of, or to be sold by, ROBERT
~ C. KNOWLES, SHERIFF OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA, upon producing

due proof tha~ same was used in violation of Florida laws dealing
with contraband, all pursuant to §932.701-704, Florida Statutes
(I985). If no claimants appear, a request will be made for an
- immediate hearing and Final Order of Forfeiture. ~ ~
