ROBERT C. KNOWI,ES, SHERIFF OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY,
FLORIDA, received the above-described property and other property
on the 17th day of Feb~uary, 1987, and will appear before Che ~
Honorable SCOTT M. KENNEY , Judge of the Circuit Court,
Nineteenth Judicial Circuit, on the 6th day of
July , 19 87 , at 8:30 A. M., for the purpose of
filing a Rule to Show Cause why the above-described property
should not be forfeited to the use of, or to be sold by, ROBERT
C. KNOWLES, SHERIFF OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA, upon_producing
due proof that same was used in violation of Florida laws dealing
with contraband, all pursuant to §932.701-704, Florida Statutes ~
(1985). If no claimants appear, a request will be made for an
immediate hearing and Final Order of Forfeiture.
